Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. Other trackers (browser local storage, tags) have the same role. This page lists the ones we use, why, and how to accept them, refuse them or change your mind.

In short: only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically. Audience measurement and YouTube videos are loaded only after you agree, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. We use no advertising cookies and no social network widgets.

The cookies we use

Necessary (always active, no consent needed)

They make the website work and remember your choices; they are not used for any tracking.

  • obhea_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Lifetime: 6 months, after which the banner is shown to you again.
  • Closed announcement: when you close an announcement on the home page, the website remembers it in your browser’s local storage so as not to show it again. This information never leaves your device.
  • __Host-obhea_compte (session), __Host-obhea_compte_oidc (sign-in in progress) and __Host-obhea_compte_retour (page to return to after sign-in): set only if you sign in to your account. Lifetimes: 7 days, 10 minutes and 1 hour.

Audience measurement (with your consent)

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC): counts visits and pages read to help us improve the website. Cookies _ga and _ga_…, lasting thirteen months at most.
  • Settings chosen: IP address anonymised, Google signals and ad personalisation turned off. No data is used for advertising.
  • Until you accept, nothing is loaded and no call is sent to Google.

External media (with your consent)

  • YouTube (Google LLC): video player embedded in some pages. The player is loaded, and its cookies set, only with your consent; without it, a screen lets you show it this once, always allow it, or watch it directly on YouTube.

What we do not use

  • no advertising or profiling cookies;
  • no Facebook, Instagram, Discord or X buttons or widgets: any of their posts shown are fetched by our servers, with no script or cookie from these services in your browser.

Managing your choices

  • On the website: the banner shown on your first visit offers “Accept all”, “Refuse all” or “Customise”. You can reopen the panel at any time with the button below or the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page, then change each category. Refusing is as easy as accepting.
  • In your browser: you can block or delete cookies from its settings (Privacy menu). Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in to your account.
  • Withdrawal: withdrawing consent deletes the measurement cookies already set by the website.

Your choice is kept for six months. To learn more about your data, see the privacy policy.
